Grilled Salmon with Dill Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 (1.5-2 pound) salmon fillet, skin on
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare salmon: Brush salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill salmon: Place salmon on grill, skin side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Make dill sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Serve: Serve salmon with dill sauce.
