Grilled Salmon with Dill Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 (1.5-2 pound) salmon fillet, skin on
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare salmon: Brush salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill salmon: Place salmon on grill, skin side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Make dill sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Serve: Serve salmon with dill sauce.
