Ingredients:

- Optional: orange peel or a few drops of orange extract, for flavour
Instructions:

- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and most of the water is absorbed.
- Add Flavour:
- If using, add the orange peel to the cooked rice. If using orange extract add after cooking is finished.
- Add cocoa powder (or grated Koko Samoa), sugar, and coconut milk to the saucepan.
- Stir well to combine.
- Simmer:
- Return the mixture to a simmer over low heat.
- Cook for another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pudding has thickened to your desired consistency.
- remove the orange peel if you used it.
- Serve:
