Instructions:

  2. Make the flower layer: In a small bowl, combine the edible flowers and honey. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then strain the honey and discard the flowers.
  3. Make the herb layer: In another small bowl, combine the fresh herbs and lemon juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then strain the lemon juice and discard the herbs.
  4. Make the cream cheese layer: In a third bowl, combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and water. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  5. Assemble the terrines: Layer the flower honey, herb lemon juice, and cream cheese mixture in the prepared moulds. Repeat the layers until the moulds are full.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate the terrines for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to set.
  7. Serve: Unmold the terrines and serve immediately.
