Oat Milk Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together coconut milk, oat milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Freeze: Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Add mix-ins: In the last few minutes of churning, add chopped nuts or chocolate chips (if desired).
  4. Freeze further: Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before serving.
