Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the honey garlic sauce to the skillet with the shrimp and cook for 1 minute, or until the sauce is heated through.
- Serve the shrimp immediately, garnished with chopped green onions.
