Roasted Cauliflower Steak

Roasted Cauliflower SteakIngredients:

  • 1 large head of cauliflower1
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder2
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Cauliflower:
    • Cut the cauliflower into thick steaks, about 1 inch thick.
  2. Season the Steaks:
    • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
    • Brush the mixture evenly over both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
  3. Roast the Steaks:
    • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).3
    • Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    • Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.4
