Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the shrimp skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through.
  6. Remove the shrimp skewers from the grill and serve immediately.
