Grilled Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the shrimp skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through.
- Remove the shrimp skewers from the grill and serve immediately.
