Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop pea protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk or water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/4 cup berries (e.g., blueberries, strawberries)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients: In a blender, combine pea protein powder, almond milk (or water), frozen banana, frozen spinach, berries, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth: Blend until all ingredients are well combined and the smoothie has a smooth consistency.
  3. Pour and enjoy: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
