Vertical Veggie Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chopped snow peas
1/4 cup chopped oyster mushrooms
1/4 cup plant-based oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
