Seaweed Scramble Recipe

Seaweed for Breakfast


Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup crumbled seaweed flakes

1/2 cup diced bell pepper

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 eggs, whisked

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the crumbled seaweed flakes, bell pepper, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bell pepper is softened.
  3. Add the whisked eggs to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through.
  4. If desired, add the chopped cilantro and stir to combine.
  5. Serve immediately.
