Seaweed for Breakfast
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup crumbled seaweed flakes
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs, whisked
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the crumbled seaweed flakes, bell pepper, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bell pepper is softened.
- Add the whisked eggs to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through.
- If desired, add the chopped cilantro and stir to combine.
- Serve immediately.
