A recipe for Honeycomb Alternatives

Ingredients:

1 cup puffed quinoa or chia seeds

1/4 cup natural sweetener (stevia or monk fruit extract)

1/4 cup water

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)



Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the puffed quinoa or chia seeds, natural sweetener, water, vanilla extract, and salt (if using).
  2. Stir until the mixture is well combined and the quinoa or chia seeds are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°F (93°C) for 1-2 hours, or until the mixture is completely dry.
  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let it cool completely.
  6. Break the dried mixture into pieces and store in an airtight container.
