Kaiserschmarrn with Tropical Fruits
This recipe puts a fun twist on the classic Austrian dish, Kaiserschmarrn. It features fluffy pancakes torn into bite-sized pieces and served with a medley of tropical fruits.
Ingredients:

- Prepare the Tropical Fruits:
- In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, papaya, pineapple, and banana.

- Optionally sprinkle the toasted shredded coconut over the fruit.
- Assemble and Serve:
- Transfer the cooked Kaiserschmarrn to plates.
- Top with the tropical fruit mixture.
- Dust with powdered sugar.
- Serve immediately.
