Instructions
- Prepare the mussels: Scrub the mussels under cold water to remove any dirt or debris. Discard any mussels that are open and don't close when tapped.

- Add the broth and wine: Pour the seafood broth and white wine into the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
