    • 1 cup cooked lentils or chickpeas
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon capers, chopped
    • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Instructions:
    • In a food processor, combine the lentils or chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, capers, sea salt, and black pepper.
    • Pulse until finely chopped but not completely smooth.
    • Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or a small spoon.
    • Pipe or scoop the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming small spheres.
    • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until set.
