Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless pork, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup diced pineapple
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Add the pork and toss to coat.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice, vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the pineapple chunks to the skillet with the pork. Pour the sauce over the pork and pineapple, and cook for 1 minute, or until the sauce is thickened and coats the pork.
- Serve the pork immediately, garnished with green onions.
