Paper Chrysanthemums for a Festive Chinese New Year
Materials:
- Coloured construction paper (yellow, orange, red, white, etc.)
- Scissors

Instructions:
- Cut the Paper:
- Cut several circles from coloured construction paper. The size of the circles will determine the size of your flowers.
- Cut a fringe around the edge of each circle, about 1/2 inch wide.
- Shape the Petals:
