Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed greens

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons algae protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, kalamata olives, feta cheese, and algae protein powder.
